Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this policy explains how returns and refunds work in line with UK consumer law.

Your Legal Right to Cancel 

  • If you bought from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • You must let us know within those 14 days if you wish to cancel.

  • Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to return the goods.

  • We will issue a full refund (including the original delivery cost, up to the cheapest standard option we offered) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returning Goods

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unless faulty).

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Please package the product securely to prevent damage in transit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you have the right to request a replacement or a full refund.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

When Refunds Are Not Available

We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its condition, features, and functionality (the same way you would check an item in a shop).
Refunds are not available for:

  • Customised or personalised item
